mainstream article about a TF diet!

I was excited to see in the March issue of Woman's Day magazine an article about a "real food" diet. It gives a menu of foods to eat to lose weight and includes full fat cheese, steak and nuts, and emphasized the bad effects of junk food/"fake foods". It doesn't discuss the soaking and sprouting aspect of TF, but how refreshing to see a diet menu that's not anti saturated fats!

wow - that's cool. I think with books like Real Food, and Omnivore's Dilemna it's becoming a bit more mainstream - *bit*

I read about Martha being quoted for raw milk, and it was mentioned in a recent Kiwi (organic kids/family magazine) recently...but don't see a whole lot of the rest of the food spectrum. Interesting!
