Stacy, your presence with us last week during my HBAC was such a blessing - you brought such gentleness and peace - and I was so happy that you could be part of Connor's birth. Your service as a doula, and now as an apprentice midwife, has helped so many other women to birth in quiet confidence and joy - I am so happy to hear that you had a gentle birth of your own this morning, surrounded with an amazing and supportive birth team.

I look forward to meeting "Buxton" and hearing your birth story, and I'm so glad that you were part of mine.

Ok, I guess it'd be unfair to leave ya'll in suspense any longer...

...but all I'll say is that baby Gunter is here and is absolutely perfect! Mama Gunter is resting now (or else she's in big trouble with her doula) but I'm sure she'll update with all the delicious details as soon as she can.

She had MDC on the computer early this am and I know she had all your warm thoughts with her as she labored. She is a birthing Goddess and you all should be very proud of her!!

you all are so fabulous! i feel like just crying with all the love and support from each of these comments you all left. we are sitting int he bed just reading them and being overwhelmed with love from you each. now...let me post a birth story for you!!!
