Yogi teas not safe for breast feeding???

My one little vice is I like a nice cup of tea at the end of the day & lately it's been Yogi "calming" or "bedtime." I just read the box yesterday and it's says "not safe to drink during pregnancy or nursing"... does anyone know what specific ingredients are considered unsafe? Is this just a disclaimer they have on all their teas?
Thanks!

The warning isn't on all of their teas. It depends on which herbs are in the teas -- some are fine for pregnancy and/or breastfeeding, and some aren't.

Some herbs concentrate more highly in breastmilk, and some simply aren't proven safe for newborns (or are proven dangerous). Bedtime teas or calming teas might have valerian in them, or another herb that acts as a sleep aid, which is probably why they aren't considered safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Chamomile should be ok if you want something to help you relax before sleep. I've given weak chamomile tea to my babies when they were teething to help them settle for a nap.

www.kellymom.com has a pretty good reference section on herbs and their safety.
