So, apparently Annie Modesitt posted this on her blog which was taken at the MOA Knitout last week.... I'm the fat one in the front row to which she has an arrow saying I look scared :rofl

Seriously, as if the second set of boobs doesn't look bad enough, I had a head cold and was mouth breathing making me look like even more of a doofus. Sigh, oh well, at least its proof to my husband that I really did go.

Thanks, although it does appear that I have that second row of boobs directly beneath the real ones (I will not confirm nor deny the existance of additional fat in that area, but I promise its not extra boobs)

Aaawww - I think you look cute! And not fat - volutpuous like a goddess. I've got a mama-figure just like yours, even though the rest of me has gotten pretty trim in the last 5 years since ds was born. It ain't goin' away, so I'm just loving my curvy figure instead (the "baby-house" ds calls it).

And really, you all look more intense than scared.

I'm not crazy about those captions. Who would ever want to go to another of that woman's classes after seeing how she pokes at the audience?

On another note...
When my youngest son saw the pix with the closeup of the huge needles, he said "Mom, does she have a bow & arrow?".

Yeah, I don't know the lady on the other side of me, but she did act scared I guess I was a bit embarrased the WHOLE time too because Annie was handing out books and very slow at it and they were running low so I grabbed a couple for me and my friends (totally NOT stingy, just getting them handed out faster!) And she literally slapped my hand and told me to put them back... But I know she was just trying to kee control, but still- I was so embarrassed.

Oh, no...I hate situations like that. I hesitate to make a move and just when I've convinced myself it is the right thing to do, I get embarrassed. I am so sorry that happened to you. No one likes to be shamed in that way, not even if the person doing the shaming is trying to be funny (which I am not sure she was.) Definitely more of a YH fan.

Oh, please. You are NOT fat. At least not "second set of boobs" fat.

You don't achieve that status until you have had your husband roll over in bed, grab a handful of belly flesh, grope, and then mutter, "Where's the nipple?!"
