So I tried swiss o par eye lash dye tonight after reading about it on this board and wanted to give it a review. I got it on ebay for $22 and it is supposed to last 12 applications with each application lasting 4-6 weeks so it can last up to a year, which is a good value. I dislike wearing mascara just because taking it off is annoying and it's gooy and it smears sometimes. So I have dark red hair and light strawberry blonde eyelashes. It was very fast, however it freaked me out a little not wanting to get it in my actual eye. It was hard to dye all the way to the base of the hairs and not get it on my skin. It didn't smell fumey, but it FELT like it. And the result, definitely black, but not at all like i was wearing mascara. I will keep wearing mascara everyday, cus i really like the look. And I also got a little on my skin on one side 
It's supposed to disappear in a few days. So the bottom line is if you have reasonably thick dark lashes already and just need a boast to stop wearing mascara then I TOTALLY recommend this product. But if there is a big difference between what you look like with and without mascara then I don't think this will quite do it for you. Hope this helps someone.
