Hi ladies - Our computer got a virus this weekend so I haven't had much of a chance to be on. Sunday I started getting contractions on my own. They were getting stronger and regular, 5 minutes apart but ended up petering out. Sunday afternoon we started with some castor oil and the cohoshes with, ultimately, no luck. We tried again yesterday with the castor oil, cohoshes and accupuncture with ultimately no luck again. I've been starting to get a bit frustrated since DH has a very limited amount of time off and wants to be here when I go into labor (and truth be told, I'd like him to be here too!).
I slept straight through the night and woke up feeling a bit dissappointed. I was sure the contractions would start again - no luck
. SO, we DTD and when we were done, I was bleeding. I didn't think I'd ever be so happy to see that!!! I got up and showered and got more blood. We checked in with the Dr. office and they said it's normal and okay...I've been starting to get some mild contractions so we're REALLY hoping today is the day. This baby is insisting on chosing her own birthday so we just have to roll with it. Hopefully she comes before Friday when they want to induce me (because the baby is starting to run out of amneotic fluid). I go in today for another ultrasound to check on things because of the bleeding and we'll play it by ear from there.
I can't believe how many babies have been born
I hope my little one is on the way.
I wish I had more time to read stories and post but my time online is very limited right now. I'll update as soon as I can.
