I am wanting to buy some oil for my children's skin. I have a friend who mentioned both caster oil or almond oil. Any suggestions? It is basically for moisturization or minor excema.

I just started using organic coconut oil for myself and Dd and I love it. I plan on using it for the next babe too. You barely need any so it lasts forever. It sort of looks like shortening and it melts as soon as you touch it. Oh, and it smells great !

I second CO. I buy it by the gallon, but I use it for everything.

For a body oil I like to mix CO with some sweet almond oil and a little lanolin, maybe some vit E too. And a little does go a long way so I don't make a huge batch. I place the jar in some hot water to warm/mix everything up and then keep it in the bathroom. With CO in it it will resort back to a slighlty solid oil with cooler temps. Which reminds me, I need to make some more
