How to find your CPM #?

Help!

I've looked through all my paperwork and can't find my CPM license number anywhere. The NARM site doesn't seem to have a phone number and I've emailed them with no repsonse.

Anyone have any idea how to get ahold of them, or where I might look to find out what my license number is? Is there a directory or......

About me-- got my license 3 months prior to my son's birth (2 years ago) and haven't done any births or birth work since then, so I have not needed my number.

Now we are leaving the country and I'd like to put my license on "Inactive"-- in order to fill out the "Inactive Application" I need my number.

Anyone?

Any help would be appreciated

Can you find neither your certificate or laminated wallet card?

There's a number on the website (http://www.narm.org/contact.htm): 1-888-842-4784

Thanks! I don't know how I didn't see that phone number.

I have moved 3 times in the last 2 years so I can't find anything right now.

P.S. For the "inactive" application they don't actually need the #. But I have it now anyway!
