Ok - we are in week 36 now and my husband is telling me I am snoring - A LOT. I had a deviated septum years ago - had the surgery to have it fixed which helped for a long time. And now it is bad again. My husband is freaking out b/c he says it keeps sounding like I stop breathing (like sleep Apnea) and he is worried. A few nights he had to go sleep in the other room. I feel soooo guilty. I tried using a Breathe Right strip last night and he said that helped. During the day I have a air purifier running in the bedroom and at night I have a humidifier going. I am sure this is not helping me to sleep (when combined with the 1000 potty trips). Also, sleep apnea is scary so that is a worry as well. Any advice, suggestions, etc?
I also notice I snort sometimes when trying to breathe normally during the day. Just a little embarassing...but what is one more indignity of pregnancy right?
