My drip pans are rusty. It's from things boiling over because that happens a lot at my house. lol!! Actually, only one of them is rusty, the other ones have black stuff caked on them that won't scrub off. 
Is it possible to get rid of both and turn them into semi normal looking drip pans again and what should I use? Vinegar and baking soda didn't work.
