I'm looking to make some cloth dipes but don't know how much material i should start with for the first two mths size. how much pul and then is it better to get the other stuff in stores or better online?

Check out my signature. You can make tons of RRPs and RRP covers out of cheap flannel/fleece from your local fabric stores. The best part, they are one-size fits most! Great for starting out in the diaper making adventure. I also have links there for patterns you can buy and stores on-line that are great to order supplies from!

I'd add that recycled fabrics are a great place to start - you can cut any diaper of your choosing from things like old t-shirts, towels, flannel sheets, and the like.

Amber, one of these days, we should get together and pool our resources. We could come up with one heck of an amazing free diapering resource site between the two of us!
