Yay to Pampers

So I got a Pampers ad in the mail today (one of those mini-magazines) and it had an article about starting solid foods. I quote:

"While breast milk (or formula) will remain an important part of your baby's diet through the first year or longer. . ."

I was so pleasantly surprised to see not only that bf was portrayed as the` norm (formula in parentheses!) but also extended breastfeeding!

Every little bit and positive comment is a step forward. YAY!

At least here in PR, the moms on the commercials (usually the swaddlers ones) are usually breastfeeding. I still won't buy their icky sposies anymore but it is nice that they are portraying breastfeeding as normal.
