Looking for good world map puzzle

My 5-year-old is loving a wooden US states puzzle that we have and has repeatedly asked me for a "puzzle of the whole world". I'm wondering if anyone has one that they like. A puzzle with just the continents would be too easy for him, but I can't really imagine a puzzle at the scale of countries (of the whole world) that he could manage. Any ideas? If there aren't any good ones, I could just get him a puzzle of each continent with the countries, but I'd like to try to find him what he is specifically asking for.

Get foam board from the craft store (super cheap) and a map.

Flatten the map for a day or two to remove creases.

Glue to foam board.

let dry.

Cut as you see fit for your child.
