Friends and homeschooling....

I need to find some kids for DD to play with only I don't know where else to look.
We belong to the Y but it seems all the kids are so busy that making a play date seems impossible.
I really feel like DD is getting lonely. I only have so much patience and time to play pretend. DD wants me to play all day and I really can't.
I just want a kid around her age to play with her and play like a kid. I STINK at pretend doll play. Her brother is 2.5 but he has a small speech delay so according to her he isn't good to play with b/c he can't talk.

and I understand that...so where else can I find kids to play with?

I belong to 2 homeschool groups. The one in my town which is a very small group and another large group but those kids live easily 45 minutes away.
