I used to be a diet soda (ESPECIALLY fountain pops) freak. I consume much less than I used to but with each pregnancy I've had more and more, mainly to try and cope with migraines and ms. There are some days when all other liquid sounds gross and the only thing I want is a diet pepsi. I'm avoiding tuna because of the mercury but there are so many bad things in diet pop that are toxins too I feel awful even thinking about it. Especially this early on. right now I only have like 2 cans a week but it's a struggle to keep away from it.
anyone else having this problem? Regular pop tastes very icky to me and last time I had extra fluid with my pregnancy mostly what I can conribute to my horrible diet with too much sugar so I'd like to avoid it if I can. I feel like the only thing I can drink is water. Milk is only palatable in the morning and then only a glass. maybe i'll start with the tea.
