Where to get EOs?

Hi folks!

I'm fairly new to this natural cleaning product thing, but am making the switch. I'm always doing searches here to find out what I'm supposed to use to clean A,B, or C. It seems like most recipes involve vinegar and some kind of essenial oil.

I'm wondering, where do you all go to buy essential oils? Can you get large-ish quantities for reasonable prices anywhere online? Are there different levels of "goodness" for EOs? I have a few small bottles of EOs that I've been given as gifts [for diffusers, etc.].. but I don't know where they came from and I can only get the stuff out by the drop.

I guess in the same vein.. cheapest place to get quantities of vinegar?

Thanks!
me.

Mountain Rose Herbs and Garden of Wisdom both have excellent EOs, and other great products!

AyrisA, I don't know where you are but I'm in SW Georgia and have found that the best place for cheap vinegar is Walmart. I can get it by the gallon for much less than I get it at the grocery store. I buy several gallons at the time and pour them into various containers (spray bottles, etc.) for use around the house. I have found that I have to add a little water to ours along with the EOs because my family hates the vinegar smell.

For our disenfectant for kitchen and bath, I use a couple of cups of white vinegar, some hydrogen peroxide, fill with water, and add several drops of EO, primarily lavendar or eucalyptus and some tea tree oil which is also a good germ killer. I think between the white vinegar, tee tree oil and H2O2, I can kill almost any germ that worms its way into our house!!
