ugh..so sorry to hear that.

I still have awful carpal tunnel in my right wrist.

maybe the chiro will help the spd postpartum.

Tell me about it! I found out that I have a really severe dislocation of my pelvis and am now doing chiro 3x a week. I'm still in so much pain, and I really thought it would just go away like it did the other two times I was pregnant. It's so bad that my vaginal tissues and urethra are being pushed down and out by my pubic arch. Yikes!
