Hi everyone !

Thanks for the new thread Quasar !! Hopefully its a lucky one !!

Update on belly pain : it could be due to the trigger shot (ovidrel)
(i bolded it because it could be useful to others here !)

I read last night that ovidrel can cause swelling of the stomach and that really feels like what I have been experiencing. It is much better now so I wont worry about it but it was something !

As for the rest of the evolution of things on my side, I had another temp rise this morning (5DPO). I am feeling very emotionnal... and my right boob is sore (yeah, I know, why only the right one ??)... so who knows !!!

Can I be moved to waiting to know? We had a clinic IUI yesterday and DW attempted the second at 6:00am today. She got just past the cervix, but not actually all the way up, but I think she did a good job. Hopefully that was enough of a piggyback.

Here we are on 9DPO (or maybe it's 10-- wow, I think that's an indication of how chill I've been so far!), and NOW I'm starting to obsess. Today my temp went up again. Higher than it usually goes (and I don't think it's because I'm sick). And I've been tired and cranky today. Oh, and hungry. Now I think I"m pregnant. Still too soon for us to test... going to wait until next friday most likely.

Me too. somewhere between 9 and 11 days. (Of course, we don't know exactly which day she ovulated... AND she's not temping) We are testing friday too. Glad to know I'm not the only one shooting for friday!

I have a question... what does implantation spotting look like? I had some odd brownish spotting this evening that was more watery than my normal pre-AF spotting. I am not due for AF for another 4 days or so. Maybe I'm looking too hard for signs (I swear, I'm trying to be good ), but this just sort of surprised me since I'm not exactly prepared to start AF yet and it was a different consistency to AF stuff. The only other 'symptom' is that I have been pretty tired all day long. But I'm normally a sleepy person and generally the day AF starts, I am pretty fatigued.

So, we sent a letter to a potential known donor a week and a half ago. No response. Rumor has it he's out of town until April. Arghhh!!!!! Too much waiting

jen, not really being a nerdy language mind, the best i can describe is that it is all equally emphasized (basically i added my nickname "ru" as the first syllable of the (i think it might be sanskrit?) word "avalokiteshvara" (who was the boddhisattva of compassion) to make "ruvalokiteshvara." so, if you are familiar with sanskrit yoga terms, i guess you would pronounce it kind of like one of those! HTH!

Quasar had another weird temp thing this morning. We got up early thinking we might go out befoe I went to work (yeah right) and her temp was 98.04. Then when she got up at her normal time, temp was avg post-O temp of 98.40. This is the 2nd time this week this has happened. I know that first temp had us both really down. : All I did was dream of pregnancy tests for the next 4 hours. : And of course it was like hundreds of tests all with different results. It sucked.

To answer Quasar's question of what part of the TWW is the worst? the 4-7 days before AF is due where anything might be a symptom and you cling to desperate hope with each temp.
