Dexamethasone???

Hello Ladies,

Has anyone used this drug before? I just went into my RE on Tuesday and she said that my androgens are high and started me on Dexamethasone. I know that it is supposed to support the female hormones and suppress the male hormones, but that is about it. Everything that I have googled on it always comes up with it's other uses aside from IF. Has anyone had any success with it? TIA

I have not used it, but have you checked on soulcysters? I'm sure someone there has used it and could give you more info.

my RE put me on it to "fluff up my lining" ...it was looking a little thin so she put me on a low dose of dex + baby aspirin...that's the only thing i've heard of using it for...

I had the same worry as you when the doctor put me on it. I used Dexamethasone along with Clomid, Ovidrel, and an IUI and I got pregnant.
