That said, turtle and I talked yesterday and if this attempt doesn't succeed, I'm making an appointment with an RE to see if there's a reason.
I figured that you had. Has your midwife already sent CD3 hormone levels (Estradiol, FSH, LH, prolactin, DHEA, Testosterone)-- I think you already said something about this, but I can't remember what . I'm just throwing that out there in case you haven't because (I think) you can have your midwife order these levels (as in, you don't have to wait to see the RE for these) and that way you can get these basic levels out of the way while you're waiting to see the RE (.... which all hopefully won't matter... because hopefully you're already pregant .

Yesterday it was almost/equal, and today the test line was darker than the control line.
So I guess that means I O in 24-48 hours.
Yay for +OPKs!!!

Hrrrm. Interesting. I might have to look into that. I know me & Vitex didn't seem to get on all that well - but I suspect I have estrogen dominance issues, so that might be why.

I wonder if they have a tea?

I was wondering where the Adorkable came from (fabulous name, by the way) I hope all is well.

Oh, but HOPING! Kind of crazy just 10 days later...still puts me off a cycle, but maybe it's not as much of a roadblock as I first thought. Just another challenge along the way...
Re: the "dilating stick:" Good times, there Poet . Consider the "whatever [ I ] say" said for you times three : : : : : :

The next SA is this Thursday, then we have an appointment with the male infertility urologist a week later (3/27) to discuss the official results. Really, from the urologist's description, the SA on Thursday is more of a formality, to *officially* and *conclusively* be able to say that it is anti-sperm antibodies, the clumping seen on the prior SA is already highly indicative of ASA and my DH does have a risk factor for it. I'm not sure what the urologist is going to prescribe as far as treatment goes. He mentioned immunosupressive therapy (DH takes drugs to get his immune system to back off), but I'm not sure if you do the immunospressive therapy and TTC the old fashioned way, or if you do it in combination with IUI, or IVF. If it involves IUI or IVF, then I think we will be referred to an RE. Can't wait to find out how many months it will be until the RE can see us .

Poet - I hope that stick... dialates the heck out of you...???

I too will say whatever I say for you as well for good vibes on Wednesday that lead to a baby in the near future!

Good luck, honey.

Poet - thinking of you today! I honestly don't want to fathom a dialating stick, but I hope it gives you what you need to be holding a babe in a few months.

mischievium: Good luck with your physician exploits too. I'm inteterested in hearing about what the urologist says. (Your DH is essentially fighting off his own sperm??? Do I have that right?)

me, just hanging out waiting for one thing or the other. My temps aren't all that promising, I think...who knows though.

Nope, we've done no testing at all to date.

Well, AF showed up here. I was really sure this month was our month. We both were. Sometimes I think expecting the worst is less hurtful than being really hopeful and upbeat. It hurts even more when you are expecting good news than when you expecting bad news.

BabyDust to all !!

: thanks Jencat! You also made me laugh it up and I appreciate the support a lot. I think finding a way to giggle a bit about it was good for me because I went in with a fighting spirit and as for the stick, well...I got through it! It's in! I'm feeling less weepy about it and perhaps even a little fierce as in *Let's Do This Thing!* I'm pretty crampy but it's not like I've never had cramps before and i can't technically "feel" the stick. It's actually made of seaweed (who knew?), I'm a total ocean girl (my poetry book is titled "Salt Memory" and I'm like a triple water sign), so when I heard that, it didn't feel so invasive, like some plastic splint. So, my cervix is welcoming it and I am thinking expanding thoughts and hoping for the best. I am told it usually works. Hmmm, sounds familiar.

HUGS Mischievium! This sounds like a lot to sit with while you're waiting : for those appts. I wish you could sched. the RE appt. NOW. I swear it's like getting in to see OZ, these people. I keep expecting a purple horse and a band of munchkins to walk out of the fertility dept. I hope you and your DH are managing as best you can and that the urologist can provide a lot of clarity. I'll be thinking of you and hoping for all of this to progress speedily for you two. :

what is going on? http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1fa744

Didn't get to take my actual BBT this morning since I was awakened early to the sound of water leaking, didn't have time to think about the thermometer before jumping out of bed to find a bucket. When I came back to bed temp was 97.5! Where is the rise?

YEAH!!!!!!!!! I DID IT! IT WORKED! Something worked! I am polyp-free!
This is relief beyond relief! I dreamt last night the OB was waking me up and saying it worked, so I kept replaying that image in my head while I was waiting. I'm super groggy now...I keep falling asleep and when I wake up I can't remember if it happened and if it worked, but then I get it. I was really fearing it wouldn't happen again. It's just coing to feel SO good to actually get to try again or strive as Adorkable would say.
Thanks Y'all for the support out there! Keep the success coming for us all in all our varied paths and challenges!
