pea help needed!

I think I planted my peas too deeply, especially since I planted them pretty early in the season. Should I resow the bed? Rake some soil off the top? Will the peas come up eventually, just later than expected? I sowed like a hundred seeds a month ago and I have exactly three shoots.

Hmm...Do you want to watch for a couple more days and see if more come up? You could try digging around near where you planted them and see if there are sprouts under the surface.

If the soil has been very wet, your peas might have just rotted. I hope something comes up!

How deeply did you sow them? And do you happen to know the soil temp? If the soil is too cold, they may just be waiting. But I agree with the PP, that since you live in a pretty wet climate, they may have rotted by now.

I've rotted many a pea seed that way.

I wouldn't wait, I'd just plant more. I'm a very impatient gardener
