GIRL!!!!!!!!!!

We are so excited!! Lucille Rose FINALLY arrived after about 20 hours of labor at 5:56pm on Sunday, March 2. It was my longest and hardest labor of the 3...at least as long as the first two combined. Let's just say Lucy has proven that things will be done her way and in her own time LOL!!! She is a big girl, too...9lbs 2oz, 21in, nice big 14.5in head. She is beautiful and I was instantly in love with her chubby little cheeks despite having felt like I pushed out someone wearing a football helmet...LOL!!! I'll give more details later! Photos are uploading now.

Sorry, I wanted to post sooner but I was exhuasted after she was born! And then I tried to post and upload pics last night but the internet went down. :irk My whole family has been waiting to see her too.

Hypnobabies was a HUGE help to me...though by the end I was reaching my limit. Listening to the cd's was a great drug...I do much better with the guided hypnosis.

i'm so glad the hypnosis worked well. it worked for me until the very end as well. i understand being tired after 20 hours! let us know when you get pics up! i guess if your family hasn't seen her yet i can't be too put out! keep resting mama! congrats again!

Hey Amy, I've been having a hard time with email today so I came here to see if you had pics. She is soooooo beautiful!!! I'm so proud of you and happy for you all!!!!!!!! I can't wait to meet her!!:

wow what a big girl! Congrats!!! I feel ya on the "pushing out someone wearing a football helmet" part- our babies had the same size heads and that is a very accurate description! Welcome Lucy!
