I didn't pee on myself!!

Well, I don't know how I did it, but when I saw my mw yesterday and she needed a urine sample (b/c of my crazy swelling) I was able to go in the cup and NOT on myself. At 8 mos, that is incredible and I am so proud. I waddled like a proud peacock all the way back to the exam room and my DH clapped for me.

Kinda silly, but it made my day.

Last week I had to do a 24 hour urine for my midwife. That means I HAD to collect EVERY drop of pee for 24 hrs straight!

Needless to say, it was not pretty....

Especially all urine samples after bedtime.....

yep, I hit my hand all the time.

It was particularly fun when I was there on my own with our almost 3 yr old. 'why are you peeing in that Mom?' 'what's that stick for?' Why do you need to do that? and on and on and on! She STILL is asking a month later!

i can never manage without peeing on my hand lol those sample bottles are too small i find it hard enough aiming into it without the belly.
