Question about size of RRP's

I'm about to make some RRP diapers. Can those who have made these before tell me how they work on a newborn baby. My babes are usually in the 7-8 lb range.

Thanks so much.

Oooh, I've been wondering this, too.
Ah, to have one set of dipes last the entire time...

I just replied in your other thread about how I making them for my DS. He is 13 months, and the size in the pattern fits him perfectly (he's 32" and 26#). I could see folding the back down to fit a newborn, thought I think it would be slightly big at first.

However, being the scatterbrain that I am, left out the middle page of the pattern for my first few prototypes. They were really small -- I think just about perfect for a newborn. So, if you were interested in making more than one set of diapers, you could always just cut down the middle of the pattern and you'd have a smaller diaper. I wouldn't cut out the whole page like I did, cause then I think they would only fit for a few weeks.
