I posted last week about starting a new veg/herb garden (I'm a first-timer). Since then, I decided to join a local CSA. Now I'm wondering if it would be overkill to have my own garden + food from the CSA. Based on what I'm hearing, the food shares tend to be abundant. Any thoughts? Anyone else doing a combo of CSA and private garden?

i dont think it s overkill. you can grow your basics and/or favorites in your own garden because you never know what and how much you get each week form your CSA.
you may get lots of tomatos or eggplant and greens but not a lot of things to pair with those items IYKWIM?
