I've been having contractions about 10 minutes apart all evening. Now they're about 6 or 7 minutes apart. No bloody show yet...

My MW said to take some Cal/Mag and take a glass of wine to the bath.

I have a prenatal at 9 in the morning.. We'll see if I make it that long!

So, send some vibes my way!! Rub those tummies or kiss those babies!!

oooh hopefully this will be it for you...mine slowed down too for a few hours and then picked up speed QUICK (ironically instead of slowing my labor, going to the hospital sped it up like CRAZY...I went from having ctx every 3-5min to having them every 2 minutes and they went from 60 seconds long to 2 minutes long.)

Thanks for the good vibes mamas!! I got some sleep, woke at 6am and couldn't sleep anymore. They're 10m apart again. We'll see what going to the MW, going on a long walk, and some Thai food do.

4 CM DILATED!!!!!!!

This is SO much easier than I thought it would be. The contractions are so manageable. I'm just meditating on a blooming rose when I have one, telling my body to open and let the baby out, and praying for this to be gentle on the baby and me both.
