I am new to knitting and want to make a baby sweater for my new nephew. The pattern calls for "1 die". I have no idea what that is and I can't seem to find the answer through Google. Anyone else here know?

Is the pattern Chaos by any chance?
If so, 1 die means one die from a board game. In the pattern you roll the die to determine the number of stitches- the total effect is random.
That pattern is the only one I've ever come across that calls for 1 die. Maybe others have more help for you.
I hope that helps...

If so, it's a gorgeous pattern. I used the system to make my square for the pratchghan, and it was seriously fun.

I have been looking for a pattern for a sweater for my 3 year old son. He will LOVE this, it looks like worms! So cute.
