Oh my god, I almost made the EXACT same post!!!

Isn't it such an honor?!? I went to the LLL meeting for the first time in several months today, and the leader came up to me and said, "I'm glad you're here, we've been talking about you!" She asked if I'd ever considered leading. I almost looked over my shoulder to make sure she was actually talking to me!

I had no idea they even remembered my name, much less thought that I had the experience and know-how to help lead a group! I am SO excited to begin, though I'm not sure exactly what to expect in the "application and accreditation" process.

Any LLL leaders out there who can share their experiences when they began?
