AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. okay i feel better. i'm having some issues, or should i say, he's having some issues. i think he's just lazy, but it takes FOREVER to get him full. sigh.

*hugs* I sympathize...every night from about 9 until 12/1am mine nurses non-stop. Have you tried breast compressions while nursing?

*hugs again* If you can master wearing him and nursing it'll help you to get around and be able to get some accomplished while he lazy nurses away.

Katie was the same way...I found if I stopped to burp her every time she slowed down/got lazy it helped a LOT. she was mad of course but she did get full of milk rather than air

good luck I know how frustrating and time consuming it is!

Robin goes through multiple-hour nursing jags, too... and she hates breast compression as well! I'm hoping it's a wee growth spurt and that she'll settle down. We'll see. At least it doesn't hurt my nipples anymore.

my aunt gave me this advice also. it really helped. anisa used to eat for 1 hour at a time! now she eats for only 20-30 minutes.
cash and anisa have the same birthday, i didn't realize that till now...

well, that's what i get for complaining... he just woke up and had and great latch for 10 minutes and fell asleep again. :

It could be that he just has a strong urge to suck as well. My first was like that.
