Hi all- I am due in 4w3d and was wondering if there are any breast care (homemade or store bought) that anyone could recommend? I know I should soap down or moisterize them but am pretty much clueless about what products I can and should use. Yes, dozens of books on hand but I like to hear from "real" people!

Actually I wouldn't recommend soap at all, it dries out your breasts which can cause irritation of cracking. Just let the water run off of them when you are showering and that is fine. I only moisturized with lansinoh because it wasn't toxic to my babe. Check out www.earthmamaangelbaby.com

I second the recommendations for Earth Mama Angel Baby... But one of the most helpful things to me was cabbage leaves, right out of the fridge, when I was engorged the first few days. $0.69 for wonderful relief
