I'm envious of all of you that are back close to or below your pre-pregnancy weight! I started out around 140, and was 151 at 3 weeks PP. I'd like to be about 135, when all is said & done. Haven't started working out yet - how have you managed to start getting to the gym? The gym, for me, is a 45-minute drive, and I just don't see how I could manage it with DH back at work. Going would mean leaving her for 3 hours - right now (4 weeks), she is still eating at least every 3 during the day!
I'm determined to do yoga & go for a hike with the whole family (DH, Rosemary, 2 dogs) today, and I think I'll set the Nordic Track back up and start out with 20 minutes or 1/2 hour on that...but still - it's not feeling like the weight is just going to drop easily!
We don't have a scale at home, so the only place I'll be able to weigh in is at the doctor's - and I'm not scheduled to go back until July. Should I get a scale?
