Is it my imagination? My prozac dosage was upped from 20 mg to 25mg (and next week I'll be going up to 30 mg) and I'm on day 2 of the increase. I nursed dd tonight a few times after taking my increase and she seems to be up and alert an awful lot this evening during a time she normally sleeps. She may be up for other reasons (her whole sleep was disrupted today because dd1 and dh were around making tons of noise, perhaps she's on a growth spurt, gassy, etc). Any prozac users notice an increase in their babies' wakefulness if they've had an increase in meds and are bfing? TIA
