Why Earnhardt Honda rocks!

I just wanted to share with you mamas my very positive experience at Earnhardt Honda in Avondale, AZ.

I work from home on Fridays, and DS goes to daycare. I brought my car in to be serviced...not thinking, of course, when I made the appt about how it fell during my normal pumping time. So I get there, and I explain to the service guy who is helping me that I'm nursing DS and will need to pump. I ask if there's a place I can do that. He told me to come find him when I needed to pump, and he'd figure it out for me.

Sure enough, when it's time to pump, he has me wait for a few minutes, comes back and says "i hope this is okay." Turns out that he couldn't find an office w/ no window, so he actually went and taped paper across the window in the service foreman's office so I could pump in there.

What phenomenal customer service! So I thought I'd share. I know it says something about our culture that I totally thought he'd suggest the bathroom when I asked...but that's fodder for another post.

In your spare time, I would write a letter to the manager/co/etc. to say what wonderful customer service you recieved & how wonderfully you were treated. You can decide if you want to share the details or not since there's no way of knowing if he'd be commended by his higher ups or not.

It's so rare to be treated w/ respect, I think it should be recognized, if possible.
