When you buy a small amount of dye in a co-op (2oz), what is the best way to store it and use it? Can you get tiny squirt bottles?
How long does it keep in bottles like that?

To store the dye powder just keep the jars closed tight and stored in a relatively cool dry place. It will be usable for a year or two.

Mixed dye unadulterated by soda ash in squirt bottles kept cool(i.e. clearly marked in the fridge) will keep for a month or so. They won't go bad but will lose potency little by little. Probably not enough to see a big difference in the final project though.
