TF Helps for Arthritis?

Thread Starter
I remember a post a while back about reversing the calcification of joints that takes place in Arthritis by eating a TF diet -

Can you tell me any more info about foods that trigger arthritis from a TF persective??

What to avoid, and what to eat?

And what supplements might help reverse the process ?

Thanks

A couple of things that have helped my mom were kombucha (her joint swelling went down visibly in 2-3 days), CLO and bone broths. She also drinks about 1.5 gallons of raw milk each week, though I think the kombucha had the biggest initial effect. It was the only thing she was doing at that point in time and the change was almost overnight.

i would also say kombucha, i know a friend of mine who started drinking kombucha regularly and she said she noticed a definite difference. i agree with the CLO and bone broths too, especially with bones with plenty of cartilage and such. i think eliminating nightshade plants helps most people. my mom told me that after cutting out potatoes she has more pain when she eats the occasional potato. cayenne is supposed to be good for arthritis as well. i have read that gluten intolerance can be a contributor to arthritis if the person is eating gluten regularly (the above friend who does the kombucha also eliminated gluten from her diet quite some time ago cuz it definitely affected her.)

Kombucha for arthritis

So if one was to drink Kombucha for arthritis, how much would you think needs to be drunk daily? I think I have rheumatoid arthritis and actually have a crunching sound in one knee. I drink kombucha regularly too. Would it work for something like rheumatoid arthritis and what is the reasoning behind kombucha helping? finally how much is safe to drink for a nursing mom. I always worry that I am detoxing into my breast milk.

I know a few people who used a double dose of CLO and butter oil and had swollen misshapen joints reduce.
