After all of my fussing that I was passed my due date, he arrived at 7:29am on March 8! A friend said it was because he needed to wait until International Women's Day

Our little boy is surprisingly big at 9 pounds 8 ounces and 22" long, definitely a first for either side of our families!

Born at home with the assistance of two amazing midwives and their students.

Thanks for all of the warm welcomes for Kaiden! THe little guy is finally sleeping, he has been marathon nursing for three days! His dad just took his big sister to "school" (pre-preschool drop-in) to give me some time to sleep, and of course, here I am on MDC
