Pre-Labor signs?

I'm around 37 weeks with my second. I engaged at about 30 weeks which is really early for a second and am now wondering if I am getting close. I have had strong BHs the whole pregnancy, but now they encompass a little back pain. In general, I feel more pain in the pelvis.

But today, I woke up feeling absolutely crap. I'm really restless, a little nauseous and OH so tired. My health stats are good, iron is good but iron stores are always a touch low but I've never felt like this. My blood pressure has also been low the whole way (around 70/50 - VERY low, I know) yet still I have felt good so I can't work out why I feel so bad. Just sitting here is driving me batty, I am wriggling around in my chair on the one hand and barely able to move with fatigue on the other.

Are any of these pre-labor symptoms? Nesting hit days ago and lasted only a day. Maybe it wasn't nesting, maybe the house just really WAS that much of a pigsty. Eh. Not in a laughing mood. This sucks, going back to bed, I'll come and check for posts shortly. Thanks for any help, I don't recall my pregnancy with DD, it blocked out of my memory immediately so I don't have a reference point (and apparently each one is different anyway).

Those things do sound like something is going on. I had my pregnancy contractions change to be more like labor contractions over the last several weeks of pregnancy and didn't feel any different the day that labor began, no nesting urge that I noticed. Wish I could help more. Let us know if the baby comes! Feel better soon, and if it's labor begining, have a good birth!
