A friend gave me milk culture to make a Kefir like drink....I generally don't tolerate milk well but understand that cultured/fermented dairy like kefir can often be tolerated by people like me. I did about 8 days of drinking about 4 oz of it a night and found that while I seemed to digest it okay, I was insanely muccousy....wondering if this is normal and passes or what?? What should I expect when introducing Kefir into my diet??
