Little man is eating constantly. He used to be content just emptying one breast...now he eats both and then comes back for more! A couple of nights ago, he had me completely drained, and I didn't "refill" fast enough. Thank GOD I had pumped milk in the freezer...saved me that night!
I must've missed the early spurts, because he's coming up on one month (WHERE did the time go?!) and this is the first one where he's gotten me drained.
The good news is that my nipples are holding up quite well to the abuse. (At night, or if they are especially empty, he thinks they are straws. Yeouch.) My midwife prescribed Newman's Nipple Cream when I delivered, and it is SO much better than Lansinoh.
How's everyone else holding up to the growth spurts?
