My skin and hair are freaking out this pregnancy, too!!
I've been using Aubrey Organics face wash, which is pretty good. And Nature's Gate shampoo/ conditioner. I think I need to resign myself to the fact that I'm at the mercy of my hormones.

Anyone else?

shampoo and condition I don't have any recommendations, BUT I do have some great recommendations for your face. Ever since my first pregnancy I've had lots of hormone related acne mostly on my face, and with each pregnancy I also broke out in between my breasts. I started using Proactive and used that for a few year, and while it really helped, it didn't get rid of it all. I JUST started trying to go more natural and I stopped using the proactive and now wash my face and chest (when it's dry) with honey then I follow with a baking soda scrub on my face and chest in the shower. After my shower I tone with Apple cider vinegar (but I wash it o
ff with cold water cus I don't like the smell, I'm thinking of trying witch hazel for a toner instead) then I finish with this product:

Here is another similar product that I have not tried :

Here's a good blog:

I also switched to using natural mineral makeup and I must say my skin has NEVER been so clear since before puberty
I especially noticed a HUGE difference in my cleavage area where I had about 25 active break out spots and it about a month, it's almost completely clear. There are lots of good threads on this forum about washing your face with honey. The next thing I'm going to try is "no-poo" but one thing at a time for me
Good luck.

I only recently started using honey on my face & neck. My post-partum hormones and bfing had been having a hay-day with my complexion, and this has helped so much. Good luck!
