Contractions started around 3:30/4ish this afternoon. DH is filling the birth pool right now, the cam is charged, music is playing, champagne is chilled

Well, I'm still pregnant, and I feel so very very VERY stupid! contractions came on very hard, very fast, and then by 7pm they strted to taper off. We did everything to jump start the labor, walked around the neighborhood twice, foot massage, we DTD, I used the breastpump, etc
. Finally around nine-ish I realized I hadn't had a ctrx in over ten minutes. We drained the birth pool, made the round of phone call to everyone eagerly anticipating birth news and gave them the "news", and went to bed. I'm still here. My MIL said the upside was that we could view it all as passing the fire drill with flying colors
