NY law print out?

I'm travelling to NY this weekend. I've been trying to find a succinct form outlining the NY BF laws that I can print off. I can only find stuff relating to entire state by state list. Is there a site that would be helpful, specific to NY?
I feel the need for this b/c DH wants to go to Applebees. It's a novelty, since we don't have them here. I obviously prefer not to. But part of me hopes someone will say something to me and I go ape on them. Does that make me a bad person?
