Is this early labor?

I've had contrax on and off since around 4 this afternoon...some that I could really feel, some that didn't hurt at all. Plus, I have a lot of painful twinges in my vagina and have had tons (I mean tons) of discharge today.

I'm 37w1d and really hoping this is it!
