simply by trying to warm up a piece of gluten free pizza on a plate. The crust was homemade (the garfava/sorghem/rice/potato starch mix), with sauce on it. That's it. I used the muffin sensor heat function, which I use to heat up NORMAL pizza allll the time. All of sudden, smoke was POURING out of my micro, and now the main floor of my house smells like I should be calling the insurance company in to clean it.
Anybody else ever have this kind of experience? We've been wheat/gluten free for about a year and a half, and I guess I've just never had to warm up their pizza in the nuker before?...
*sigh*
