When I used to live in NYC I bought milk from here :

Schuylkill County: Hilltop Meadow Farm, Pine Grove, (570) 345-3305. Raw, chem-free, grassfed Jersey milk, cheeses, eggs and other dairy products.

They would ship milk and butter no problem even though they were in PA. They are located on the realmilk.com page
