What foods decrease milk supply?

What foods, seasonings, ect. decrease milk supply? I worry about this sometimes when cooking. Thank you!

i've heard it abut oregano.

Lemon Balm
Oregano
Parsley (Petroselinum crispum)
Peppermint (Mentha piperita)/Menthol
Periwinkle Herb (Vinca minor)

...and I would actually suspect that whether or not they have an impact on supply is highly personal. Somewhat along the lines of oatmeal. For some people it's a boon and for others it doesn't seem to help.

I took oil of oregano in large doses when I was sick and it didn't hurt my supply, I think it's all relative to how sensitive you are.

I have never eaten a food that has decreased my supply. I think the above mentioned food are only going to affect people with a low supply when they are taken in high doses.
