Lactation Councellor Training online?

Has anyone taken an online course to train to be a Lactation Councelor? If so, through which school/organization? How was your experience? I am wanting to take a course to be a Lactation Councelor but I am having a hard time finding anything available near me (Vancouver Island, Canada). While I could potentially travel for a course, I am cocidering something online, but I'm not sure what to look for as I don't have any experience with distance education.

CBI (Childbirth International) will be offering a Lactation Counselor training/certification sometime this year. Completely online. I liked their doula/CBE courses so much that I'm really looking forward to doing this as well!

The CBI program has ben delayed for a second time and won't be available until September 2008 I believe.

UCSD has on online program. The next class starts on March 31st.
