Knitty has this baby halter that might work for you:

You could always try making your own, a tank top especially in the round is very simple. You would just measure around the waist/chest and add about an inch or more depending how loose you want it to fit, and then multiply that number by your gauge, and cast on. Then knit from the waist up (probably a seed stitch for the first few rows to avoid curling), and stop when you get to the arm pits, separate into front and back, and knit up the front chest and add the straps. Probably just cast off on the back, I'd imagine it'd be high enough.

I have my fru fru tank pattern but it's sized 2/3T, but you might be able to adapt it. Or you could try adapting Monica at Knitty

If you liked my pattern, if you sent me measurements I'd happily adjust it for you, I just don't have anyone in that size range to measure.

I just found this one in my favorites -> ravelry link for avita

None of the other links that folks suggested would work for you? That "FruFru" is very cute, and the designer even offered to size it down for you.

You might also want to try www.knittingpatterncentral.com for LOTS of free patterns, or even just a Google search. I think between those sources, if you don't find something you like, you'll have to either a) adapt an existing pattern; b) write your own; or c) pay for something.

Good luck.

You could be couragous and just wing it Just figure out your guage and do a tube the length you want for the body then just either pick up stitches or do an Icord for the straps. If you really want to be couragous and add some shaping there was just a good tutorial on KnittingDaily about mod'ing sweaters but its the exact same concept.
