the new one is just too confusing with only being able to list one item. and all that jazz plus having to add credits is annoying i have so much junk that i would love to sell for cheaply but the credit thing is not working

God. I am too. I used to go there every single day and I almost always found awesome stuff to buy. I haven't bought a single thing on there since they switched to the new system. It's not inviting.

Me too. I used to get sucked in to the old one through New Posts and then I'd spend a while there. I never visit the new one.

Can I join the club I miss it, too. I hate how you have to really dig to find a posters' post count/ rating, etc. And you cant bump threads. And all of the old tp'ers, I miss you guys

I miss it. I used to sell a lot more at the old TP. Right now I'm considering if it is either worth it to post some of my spring/summer maternity clothes.

The only thing I like about it is the pics on the front page. Although once they leave the front page it seems things get lost.

I'm not enjoying the new one. It's harder to navigate and search. I did find one book I was interested in, left a message for the seller (a mod), and never heard anything back. No cool toddler nursing book for dd and ds, oh well.

I just don't bother anymore. I won't bother selling anything here because there's no casual traffic, only people looking for certain things, as one would expect with a TP you have to specifically go to in order to see anything. There's no pull from the New Posts page anymore. That generated a huge amount of traffic and interest for me, both as a seller and as a buyer. And as a buyer, I'm usually not looking for something specific, just seeing if there's anything interesting.

There are plenty of other boards that offer trading posts with no charge for use.

Yeah. I listed some of my DD's outgrown clothes (size 32 training bras, to be specific) and I haven't gotten a single response. TP ads no longer show up on "new posts" because they're not "posts" anymore, and I can't put a link to it in my siggie without buying a "business account" at MDC.

I don't mind paying 20 cents to post items, really it's not a big deal. But if things won't be sold because nobody knows they're for sale- then I guess I'll have to use eBay instead.
