what causes brain-fog?

I feel like my forehead is heavy (not a headache) and have been so tired and have kind of a brain-fog. I am wondering if this could be a seasonal allergy or something?

I know I experience that kind of thing periodically and often it's about diet changes or hydration.

Gluten can cause that.

dehydration and lack of sleep, in my experience.

I was thinking gluten, dehydration, or lack of sleep also. Ah, sleep...

Also I feel kinda like that when I have sinus problems, which I do think is related to seasonal allergies. Does it feel like a pressure?

I get that ALL OF THE TIME! It's really awful. Last summer/fall was the worst. Then in January I got thrush and started doing research on candida. So I started the candida diet (no sugar, no dairy, low carbs) and I feel so amazing(which would make sense with the other comments because you eat very little gluten) . Just thought I would throw that in. Not sure if it would help but if you think maybe that is the case, you could try it for a few weeks. It's awful but it works.
